Avilone realized early on that she would be experiencing the world a little differently than others. At age six, she saw the white light that surrounded the trees, and when she asked her mom about it, she found out she was the only one seeing it. Since this pivotal moment, her life became a series of events that revealed and evolved the connection she had with her Inner Guidance. When she listened, life unfolded and led her where she needed to be. When she chose not to listen, the road became bumpy. So she learned to trust her Inner Guidance completely as it revealed her life path and mission to help people with personalized continued healing.

Avilone’s journey first led her to nurse – a path of healing and helping others for over 25 years. While treating people conventionally, she also explored various metaphysical forms of healing in her private life. Through numerous certifications and continued learning, Avilone’s gifts began to reveal themselves.  Her public and private lives ran parallel until one day in 2011 her Inner Guidance revealed a new and emerging path.

With her unique gift of energy healing, Avilone founded the no-touch technique of an Emotional Relief Catalyst. Through her Inner Guidance, she connects with others spiritually and emotionally, allowing her to navigate and clear unhealthy energies from traumas and other strong emotional experiences.  With a calm, peaceful and loving approach, her clients have been relieved of the effects of childhood traumas, hurtful relationships, abusive experiences and toxic emotions.  Her clients have experienced relief from headaches, chronic back pain, and even past life karma as well as unhealthy behaviors, relationships, thought patterns and beliefs through this emotional release.
